This is the work Joey Ertz Construction is built for. Ground-up custom homes and full home remodels across the Valley — the whole house, handled start to finish by one licensed general contractor with one point of contact. Joey grew up in this business, and his dad — 40+ years in the trade — is part of his team. Whether it's a new build on your lot or a house taken down to the studs and rebuilt, you get reliability, communication, quality, and craftsmanship — and a written bid before any work starts.
• Ground-up custom homes, from lot to final walkthrough
• Full gut remodels — whole-house renovations
• Layout changes: walls moved, spaces opened up
• Kitchens and bathrooms as part of the whole-home project
• Additions — extra rooms, bathrooms, and living space
• Flooring and tile throughout
• Large sliding glass doors and window walls
• Fireplaces, built-ins, and finishing details
• Plumbing, electrical, paint, and trim — all trades coordinated
Joey comes to your house or your lot, looks at the space, and listens to what you want. No hard sell.
You get a contract with the full scope and a draw schedule in writing, before any work starts.
Joey and his dad run the job and the trades. You always know who to call.
You sign off on the finished home together.
